This is a beautiful, 2 ply, high quality 100% Pashmina Shawl, very soft to touch, and warm for cold evenings. It is fully reversible and two tone, having a lighter tone and equally beautiful design on the reverse side. It has intricate paisley and floral patterns in the coloured main body of the shawl. This shawl has a hashia frame border along all four edges, with Kulka Botehs. It has a 4 inch, hand twisted gold fringe at each end. This shawl originates from Akhnur, near Jammu, which is a village in southern Kashmir and is famous for one of the finest ancient collections of terracotta heads, most of which are now held in the Chandigarh museum.
